Founded in Portland, Oregon in 1955, Banfield Pet Hospital is the largest general veterinary practice in the world. In 2007, they joined the Mars, Inc. family of businesses and, today, Banfield Pet Hospital has almost 900 hospitals in neighborhoods across the United States and Puerto Rico.
Banfield believes the best relationships are formed when people work together and chose Columbia Tech Center (CTC) as the home of their corporate headquarters. Construction of Banfield’s new custom-built campus is underway and is scheduled for completion in April 2016. The campus covers 17.3 acres and will have 206,000 square feet of office and training facilities.
Banfield is committed to making sure pets receive the highest-quality of veterinary care so they can live longer, healthier lives. In addition to providing comprehensive medical services to pets, the Banfield Charitable Trust complements and extends the Banfield vision of treating pets like family – from funding grants for community pet organizations and providing undergraduate scholarships for pet-related career training to offering pet-care assistance to hospice patients and homebound seniors.
We’re excited to welcome a quality company like Banfield and their 600 associates to the CTC community.
